PS/Invoice provides a complete picture of client-related charges including courier charges, legal research fees, USPTO charges and other transactions that include the cost center and client/matter ID as well as who created the label. PS/Invoice even enables the finance team to attach a PDF of the vendor invoice as back-up to the accounts payable entries, as well as PDF imaging receipts of each individual transaction to help facilitate recovery of costs. Package Tracking – With employees being in the office one day and working from home the next, it can be challenging to get packages physically delivered to where they are.
