Big news! We are excited to announce that Lynch Marks, LLC / PS/Ship has been acquired by Litera!
Litera’s vision of creating a platform of legal productivity solutions built to increase the effectiveness of their customers and intelligently integrate with other core systems (time and billing, HRIS, DMS, etc.) is a vision we knew we wanted to be a part of.
For our customers, things will continue as usual with one exception – our Founder, Peter Marks, will be exiting the business to enjoy a well-earned break. He’ll be missed on a day-to-day basis, but will remain as a strategic advisor.
